Shift Kit installed - Reverse is back

Problem solved.
It was the regulator valve that was causing the reverse problem. I didn't install it correct, the lock ring was in a wrong position.
Just wanted to tell you the good news.

Tell me more about your shift kit.... Do you get good positive shifts now? What kit did you use... Was it hard to install (beside the little problem)?

Did exactly the same thing two weeks ago.
It looks like that snap ring goes in, but it's supposed to go in way further up, with only 1/16" of travel for the boost valve.
It's a tough one to work with and get right, huh?

Is that the vertical valve in front of the valve body? I took me two hours to figure it out...glad I'm not alone.

Yes, that is the one. It should say something about it in the manual since it seems like it is a common mistake to do what I did.
It now shift good and firm, just the way I wanted it to do. :D
