I've got a stock 92 mpi 350 that i'm adding a blower with 6 lbs boost, a 2 bar map sensor, and 40lb/hr injectors. I wanted to learn how to do it my self (and will), but because of time I need help sooner. I was wondering if someone would adjust it for me. I have read the stock bin, and I know a scan or two would help, but at this time I still can't just a scan!!!! I know you won't be able to get it perfect with out scanning and fine tuning, but I just want something safe until I get back! Please can anyone or will anyone help me!! :nopity
If I lived a little closer I'd be more than happy to help....however I'm in Calif.....I'm sorry, but that project sounds like it's a little ahead of where you're at on the learning curve.....
I only mean this to be constructive-I'd hate to see you get too frustrated with a project -or even worse waste your engine....
A scan or two wouldn't just help....it's mandatory!
I applaud your willingness to take on a project to this degree BUT you really need someone with SC experience to help.
Hopefully a member of this forum lives close enough to to provide oversight with you on this project. The road towards boost is difficult at best. The installation is not too hard. The real challenge is tuning out the engine without blowing it up! There's not much fudge factor when reprogramming the ECM. Pre-ingnition and detonation if not handled properly (timing/fuel mapping) will cost you an engine the 1st time you get on it.
SORRY to everyone!!!!! I was miss understood! I have been building engines since I was 5, so I have no problem with the engine. I was looking for someone to alter the bin file for me! I know enough to be harmful! HaHa! I just want someone to make the changes that are needed to be safe! So that I don't do any damage! I will fine tune it later.
