Alternator removal
I'm trying to remove the alternator so I can replace the valve cover gasket.
Just removing the bracket in the back didn't give me enough room. So I'm going to pull the alternator completley out of the way.
What size are the 2 Torx bolts in the front?

Sorry can't help I've go an L98 and I haven't seen any torx on the alt.
I hate when this happens there's 8000 people out there who know the answer, lets hope one chimes in

I had Torx head screwdrivers but not sockets.
Went out and bought the whole set of 3/8 drive sockets. Figured with all the money I saved in labor doing the valve cover gaskets I could afford the socket set :)
2 Torx bolts, 2 SAE bolts, 1 Metric bolt. To remove a f%^&ing alternator...
I had Torx head screwdrivers but not sockets.
Went out and bought the whole set of 3/8 drive sockets. Figured with all the money I saved in labor doing the valve cover gaskets I could afford the socket set :)
