Which ignition systems are the best?
Accel, Crane, MSD?
Any help would be great!

I think on a 92...MSD coil is about it. Since you have the Opti.

I'm running a MSD 6AL with Blaster coil and Taylor wires. I haven't had any problems with my opti (knock on wood) as of yet.
