Default 1987 Carpeted Panel

I am in the process of changing the interior carpet in my 87 coupe. For the life of me, I can't get the right side carpeted dash panel off. I have removed the "breadloaf" and all the screws I can see but it still seems to be held on tight at the front. What all has to be removed. Any help appreciated.

By the way, follow the link on that page (or below) to another page on that site where I recommend the best adhesive for the task. The first time i replaced the carpet on that panel (I replaced it without removing the panel - yes, it is possible), I used spray trim adhesive. The next day it was hot, and the carpet fell right off. That prompted me to find a way to get that panel off. I also found a better adhesive that has worked great on all the interior.
