Caused any damage? Loose spark plug
After changing my oil today I noticed one of my spark plugs moving around while the engine was on.
It was pretty loose.
I took it out and it looked fine so I re-installed it.
Could this have caused any damage? I don't know how long I've been driving around with it like this.

You might have worn the threads a bit. Keep checking the plug to see if it comes loose again.
Two of mine have come loose in the past couple of years, but I caught them fairly shortly after a plug & wire replacement. No damage that I can see, so far.

You should be OK. I had the same thing happen to me twice before I removed the heads. I saw nothing abnormal when I had the heads off. :cool:
