sway bar bushing modifications

sway bar bushing modifications
anyone ever try to ream or drill larger a set of poly sway bar bushings? i'm thinking if i go to a larger sway bar, I enlarge the hole in the bushing rather than buy new.

it can be done, I just took some 19mm's out to 22mm.
I used a sanding roll (cylinder) since it was the size I was going to. if your going to use a drill bit then go undersize to start with (just to see how it goes).
the biggest problem is holding it since it wants deform (due to the split in the side).
