Here's a flow graph on my 195s before I had them worked, I don't have the 190 numbers, but I think they're comparable. I'm sure you can locate accurate info on AFR's website.
FWIW, I think lift at .500 is only a third of the equation...........more importantly, I like to look at the low lift numbers and the intake/exhaust ratio.
