Pros - easy to remove/install c-beam bolts; c-beam doesn't come loose so you don't get the mystery rear wander & shifter lifting; very well made high quality pieces; I have them on 2 C4s (both 6Spd) & would buy again.
Cons - Only one that I know of - pricey (but IMHO, worth it).

Check with rkreigh on this forum, he can help you with them (from memory he's a little cheaper than zfdoc).

Holy moly, those are expensive!
I don't even have any adhesive on my torque beam. I guess I won't be winning LeMans any time soon. :bb
