I am planning on lowering my car tommrow. I bought the MAD kit and need some tips to make the process go as fast as possible. I only have one day to get the job done so i have to finish it tommrow. ANY advise would be great.
Hate to rain on a parade..... you can lower the rear in about 1 hour (with a beer in one hand) Forget the front! Hire a shop to do it or plan on several days, special tools and busted knuckles!!!! :smash:
have a few jacks handy so that you can support the monoleaf spring as you unload it. You have to take apart like half of your front end to put those wedges in.
Okay it looks to me liek all you have to do is this:
1. I already have it jacked up and the wheels off
2. Remove the ball joints on the lower control arms
3. Remove the lower control arms
4. Remove the spring brackets
5. Then take the spring out measure the shims etc....
