Clutch problem has been figured out.
Well, with much help of a local shop, I pulled the transmission on my 91 to figure out what was going on and found a very bent clutch fork. About a 60 degree or more type of bend. Not sure what caused this, perhaps it got bent when I was working on the slave and perhaps did not have the slave seated right. New fork is getting ordered, hope to be back on the road for this weekend.
We also checked out the clutch thickness, how thick is a new clutch plate? Mine is probably about 1/4 thick now and I would like to know how that compares to a new clutch. Thanks!

1/4 inch sounds right. The new one I put it didn't look any thicker than what I pulled out. I was expecting to see something eaten away, like a used up brake pad or something.
