The key/seatbelt/headlight chime is located underneath the dash pad roughly behind the driver information center or DIC (that collection of warning lights above the climate control switches). Unfortunately, replacement is not possible through the front of the dash (i.e. removing the DIC) unless one is willing to cut through some plastic. The whole top of the dash must be removed. I did it. It's not great, but really not as bad as it sounds. Search for posts on removal or drop me an email when you're ready. Once that's off, the chime is easily accessible. It's a small black box around 2x3x.75" with a single harness. Never seen it offered aftermarket, but guys on here will occasionally have parts for sale...look in the parts forum.
