Default Prices on program chip

I am starting to get the parts to put a engine together and wondered what it would cost to get a chip for it done.
It would be for a 85 with some mods if that makes a difference.
Thanks for any info.

It would be preferable to get an engine builder in your area tune it on a dyno, but if you dont know of any then Ed Wright at Fastchip.com is likely your best bet.

:iagree:

Jesse is slightly higher than Ed Wright, but he will do unlimited upgrades as you further modify the motor. If I remember right Ed will only upgrade for 6 months. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the chip I got from Jesse

Zac told me to drive mine and give him feedback so he can do changes
Fuel tranny shift ect.Idont belive he charges for changeing his map and tranny programing. He also loads ecm's that dont have removeable chip via a test bench harness to avoid belowing the ecm.He said he gets alot of people mostly kids with the trans am ect that bumped the cable during load and fried thier computer. He is a great guy full of free info and suggestions. <P>this is zac sonoma with Lt-1 see sight for complete write up
