Default Hedmann Header Part # for 84-91's?
Just trying to find out what part # I need to order. I need the headers WITH the smog tree on them. Thanks!
BTW: I'd go with the hookers, like everyone else, but I'm different, and I'm trying to prove a theory...hopefully it works!

Why do you want the smog seup on them.. Dont the eyelets for those change air flow and not give you true performance like one without..

Header installation on a C4 and the rest of the exhaust system is a costly and time consuming project. I would never consider swapping it all around again every two years (in CA) just to past smog. Good HP can be made and have the engine run clean as well. The Z06 does it.

No, because I don't plan to run any sort of cats. I found a loophole in the matrix. I just want something, so when I pop the hood (if ever told to) it all looks as it should. (In case a CHP office tells me to pop the hood, which I doubt will ever happen)

why are you going with the hedmanns instead of the hookers :confused:
Hedman's are 1 5/8, Hooker are 1 3/4. I want to try to keep ALL openings on this motor as SMALL as possible, while still achieving maximum flow. I don't think I'll even go with dual 2½" pipes, instead use 2¼" with a well placed X-pipe.
