Default Need help identifying these hoses!
There are two hoses coming out of the water pump...the larger one is the lower radiator hose...what's the other one? It's leaking. My 90 manual doesn't clearly identify this.

On my 85 the lower one goes to a T with one line going to the heater housing and the other going to the oil filter cooler.

Called Chevy...its the heater hose. thought it was, but couldnt tell in the pictures from the manual.

Now, do I really have to drain the coolant to change the heater hose? How much will really come out without draining?
