What is the procedure to determine which (if any) of the injectors is leaking. Second, is there a way to repair a leaky injector or do you have to go out and buy a new one? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Usually the easiest way to tell is by hooking up a pressure gauge at the rail, turning the car off, and seeing if pressure holds steady.
When I had that symptom it was the fuel pump though..
When I had leaky injectors, durign a cold start the car started up right away,
but when it was warm it took a few cranks to start.. Replaced the injectors, everythign is fine since..
With the fuel pump running pinch off the return fuel line and feed fuel line. Turn off the pump and monitor pressure. If it drops to 0 relatively quickly or immediatly you have an injector(s) leaky/stuck open. Pinching off both lines gives the fuel nowhere to go besides the cylinders.
While you can determine if there is a leak, it'll be darn impossible to narrow it down to a specific injector. Send all of them to Cruzin Performance - Rich will get them working as good as new for ~$100 (includes shipping).

No way its easy. Do what I did. Yank the plenum and unbolt the fuel rails from the intake manifold. Pop the injectors out of the manifold while still in the fuel rails. Place a small piece of dark colored paper under each fuel injector (hit the tips with compressed air first) and prime the fuel rails with a turn of the key. If one is leaky or stuck open you'll see it immediately.
p.s.
I would STILL get them all cleaned and/or replaced either way. At least you'll know which was the problem child.

scorp,
You're so right - it's so obvious (now that you mention it), why didn't I think of that?
