Default Question for those that have pulled their stock roller cam.

What part number is stamped on it? Where is it stamped? Does yours have a CPC P/N?

comp cam Part number 08-302-8, chevy small 305-350,
grind # cs 264h-r12, serial # 0b1479,
valve adjustment: hyd, roller
Gross valve Lift intake:.480 Ex: .480
Duration At .006 tappet lift 264, EX:274
valve timimg open AT INT.50. Open 3-btdc. close @ 33 abdc: EXH 46 bbdc, open close @6-atdc
these spec are for cam installed at 108 intake center line:
Duration@ .050 : int 210 EXH 220
Lobe Lift.3200 int, exh .3200
Lobe seperation 112.0.
Recommended cc valve spring 981-16
Replaced Cam Bearings as well

The OEM Part # is stamp on the rear (opposite end of gear), Part# BC071
I replaced this cam with good results, ecm unmodied, ture crane roller rockers, 1.6 lift. Spring were not replaced, allthough should i do this agian i will!

The stock cam for my 87 has the # 643 stamped on the end where the distributor gear is at. No other markings visible.
