LT1 intake ?
I made a mistake when i installed my intake. I forgot to install the vally pan on the bottom of the intake that I removed for powder coating :mad . I think I already know the answer to this question but can any ony tell me what that does, and if the bolt holes for it go into the intake or if they are dead ended ? man this realy blows I dont realy want to pull the intake back off but it looks like I have to. Any help I would be greatfull to get.

Don't know about late model manifolds but on the pre injection manifolds it was there to help keep the heat of the oil off the bottom of the intake.Ones I have pulled apart had dead end holes.
