Another Mez question
How does the 9 amp motor affect the alternator? Can it handle it okay? Just wondering if the stock alternator could handle A/C, headlights, radio, charge batt, fans, and run the Mez. Does your alternator get warmer than before you installed the Mez pump or is there any change?

My HD pulls 10 amps. The alternator gets hot, but I don't know if it was just as hot before. Except for burning 20amp relays to the pump, no other electrical problems that I can attribute to the pump.
At night with lights blazing, A/C on, CD blaring (stock Bose) the voltage hangs around 13.2-13.5. Don't know amp load.

Thanks John, I wonder how hard it would be to hook up a load/ amp meter just to see how close to the alternator's limits we are. Hmmmmmmm.
