Default Driving up the mountain threw a code 32.

While I was driving up Mt Charleston today about 2/3 up about 6000ft I got the service engine light. Got home and put the scanner on it and it was code 32. Barometric circit failure or EGR problem.

Any help"

Thanks

Didnt come on coming down

Dont even worry about code 32. It doesnt affect performance.

It can be a EGR solenoid/switch, or just a simple thing like not having your gas cap tight enough.

I get one on very hot days.

:withstupid:

I coded mine out after doing mods on the exhaust and intake, EGR is a PITA, and most disable it.

You also could have a leak developing on your intake manifold. They're common on LT1 and L98s, too. My intake started leaking baldy, but before it did, I was getting Code 32 pretty often.

Are you seeing any oil spots under the car or smelling burnt oil wafting through your vents during idle after the engine's warmed up?

try changing the egr heat sensor in the end of the heat tube on drivers side. Worked for me and was only 11.00 at the dealer :withstupid:
