rare vette rims
I have an 89 vette convertible. I'm trying to find out if certain vettes in 89 came with a special rare package because I have never seen a set of rims like this on another vette. I spoke with the original owner of the car and he claims those rims came on the car from the factory. Not that I don't believe him it's just I've searched and searched and can't find anything out. No one has heard of these rims. they are 17", white with white spinners, have six spokes, and have the words high tech engraved in the outer lip. Please help :confused: Nobody seems to know

I don't have a picture right now, but is there anyone who could possibly know about this. The guy who bought the car in 88 says those rims were on it from the factory, and the car had special suspension, wheel, and tire package

I have 1989 specific Z51 17" rims for sale.
all 4 are 17x9.5".
all 4 are 17x9.5".
"The special six-slot 16 x 8.5 wheels which came standard with P255/50ZR16 tires on 1988 models were replaced in 1989 by the P275/40ZR17 tire and 17" wheel setup which was used on the 1988 Z51/Z52 options."
The only exception were some of the "challenge cars" and of course, if you ordered RPO B2K you got this... :D
