I am doing a head swap on my 350 and beings I have everything apart would porting the super ram help?

I would have to say yes. Mine is ported. Simply put, air flowing over a smoother surface will flow better.

If I am not mistaken Beach Bum just ported his and the thing trapped at nearly 119 mph(you know me, i could care less about e.t.)
