I have about 11 inces vaccuum and cannot get to idle above 650 rpm. I pulled out my IAC and it does reatract. I have opened my idle screw all the way out and have no luck. I have checked all my setting on my Haltech system. I am trying to use map sensor to set idle, but I can use throttle position to set idle.I have not tried it yet. Any input would be appreciated. :seeya

Re: Idle problem with D-1 intercooled sysetm (black bart)
I will try those things tomorrow. I can recalibrate the TPS with the computer, but due I also need to have the correct voltage? If so what should it be? :seeya

After reading this I went back and looked at your first post I missed the Haltech, Not familiar with that one but sounds like you can set it like I do my gen,7 Do you click on the tps setting than floor it and click on it again to set the tps parameters. Before I set mine with the computer I set the throttle screw then adjusted tps to 0.54 then set the computer try that it worked for me. When adjusting the idle screw remove the wire from the iac if it is connected when you change the idle screw the computor will change the iac to try to maintain target idle speed :seeya
