Code Help
I have a 92 convertible and need help with a few codes. I have been getting code 72. The book said it could be (Gear Selector Switch Fault (Start Lockout) or Vehicle Speed Sensor) . . . any thoughts. I am also getting codes 13 (Oxygen sensor) . . . can you tell me where it is at. Also code 43 (Electronic Spark timing or control) any thougts.

I have looked there, and that has been a big help, but I was looking for some first hand experience with the codes and what they did to fix them. I think I have a handle on the first two codes 13 = replace Oxygen sensor and 43 = replace Knock sensor, but the 72 has me confused. The web sites says "Gear Selector Switch Fault (Start Lockout)" but doesn't give a fix. I have also seen 72 mean "Vehicle Speed Sensor" and my speedominitor is slow by 9 mph so I am wondering if I should replace the speed sensor. Or should I be looking at the gear selector switch . . . but I didn't think the car would start if that was not working. Any help would be great.
