I just got finished with my poly bushing install; front and back. It will be going into the shop for alignment on Tuesday and I'm wanting a more aggressive setting than stock so I plan to use Vette Brakes Advanced Street settings. Which are below:FRONT:
Toe 0"
Camber .25° neg
Caster 5-7° pos
REAR:
Toe 1/8" in
Camber .50° neg
My question is, with the front caster being variable between 5-7 degrees, what difference will the adjustment between 5 and 7 be? And if anyone else is running this set up on an '88 Z-52. I'd like to know your impression and result you have received. Thank for the help.
I'm running this setup on my 85...not a z52, but I like it very much...car tracks great, and is really reponsive....a great change from before. Had the alignment done after my poly bushing install. :seeya
So what did you set the front caster at? Just curious if I need to tell the mechanic 5-7 degrees or do I need to tell him an exact number to set it at?
