Default RPM window switch

Tried installing a Mallory 628 window switch on my 95 LT1.
I hooked it to the tach input at the ABS module. It wouldn't work and the tachometer quit working when it was hooked up.
Has anyone used this window switch?
Where do the MSD guys hook theirs up at?

Any help or comments are welcome.

Gordon

Can't help you with your current situation.

But I run a Harlan Engineering window switch ( http://harlan-engineering.com/store/window/window.html ) which is the nicest unit I've seen. The kicker is he only charges $55! It's an incredible value and has worked flawlessly on my TNT setup (in conjuction with an electronic TPS WOT switch).

There isn't a better window switch out there. Very easy to connect and use.
