In all of your "not so humble" opinions, who makes the best sounding, best performing, durable, and reasonably priced Cat Back system for an LT1. Mine's a 1995.
Thanks, John

Re: LT1 Exhaust System (sundbergjc)
I like my Magnaflows - although they are not a cat back.
You are going to get a vote for every possible option from complete custom, to muffler elims, to full-on stainless cat backs.
Recommend hitting a couple shows, listening to the cars and asking the owners about performance. I beleive most options are pretty close in HP gain, so buy the one you like the sounds and looks of.
The thing I have found is for a complete SYSTEM, nothing is really going to "reasonably" priced. Look at spending at least $800. Flowmaster might be less, but in my opinion if you are going that route, it's better to just get a set of the mufflers.
Hey neighbor, where are you in Harvest? I'm probably pretty close by. Just off of Indian Creek, well, now it's called Providence Main St. I have basically a Flowmaster 2-chamber muffler on mine (the brand is not Flowmaster, but it's the same muffler due to the fact that the patent ran out on the 40-series design and a whole bunch of people are making them now). I got them at the Muffler Center on University drive. Good price and install, but boy do they resonate right at 1700-2000 rpm. Everyone that has heard them from the outside say they sound awesome, though.
I'm going to get Corsa eventually. Best RWHP gain reports from the *real world* are on Corsa it seems, plus it actually seems to be one of the lower cost catbacks out there. A forum vendor once ran a special on them for like $650 didn't he?
