Help removing this panel

After a small kiss with a dirt wall, i now have this to show.

And for the life of me i cant get the panel removed so i can take it down to get repaired.

I am hopeful that the panel ends here, about where i put a red line

None of the 3 manuals i have talk about this procedure. If anyone has some pointers, or some other thoughts i would appreciate it. I dont have alot of money, so i want to do most of the labor that i can. So I can get back to :auto: !

That panel is bonded and riveted to the body...for the minor damage you have,it should be repaired on the car,not try and take it out.
