I would try to grab the back of the stud with a visegrip and then use the airgun to get it off. If that is not an option or doesnt work, go for a small tack weld. Final option....take it to a shop, but take care with your WHEELS!

Ahh, same thing happened over here couple months ago.
Ended up drilling it out. Good bits are a must.
Major PITA. Have air tools but chisel never occured to me.
Minor wheel dings only.

Can you get to the back of the stud with an easy out? If so, maybe the easy out to keep it from turning with an air gun turning the nut...... :confused:

Or you could leave just that one lug on, and go for a drive. I bet the wheel comes off.
