93 vette clutch problem (I think)
Well last night i lend my brother my car since i wasn't going to use it. This morning i went down to the store to go buy some things and i could the feel the car wasn't the same. Going through the gears the car poopies find. The only problem is when i am pressing the gas the car does not want to pick up. Soo if any one know's what it might be just reply me thanks. :confused:

Your clutch might be slipping. If you can hear the engine rev but the car doesn't go correspondingly faster, then the clutch is slipping. It could be due to your brother slipping the clutch at high engine rpm's which heats the clutch disk up and glazes the flywheel. Friction will then be much less and the clutch disk will slip when larger torque (push on accelerator) is demanded. Clutch repair is indicated. Brother repair is indicated also.
