Re: removing air pump related things.... (The13Bats)
U can remove the entire air injection system if you want. this includes the egr sensor, the air divertors(valves), air tubes into the exhaust manifold( weld them shut) , reroute the vacuum line from fuel regulator to the first port from firewall on passenger side TPI, pull back the wires and secure them. also i have had no related codes "code 32" .. yet, but if there should be one i have replacement plate to cover to hole rear right of intake manifold and install the egr sensor, just to let the ecm know it there..it will now have no effect.. but remains thr to pulg the hole..
Btw.
the resistance of this egr sensor is 1.215K ohms when normal operating temperator is reached. you could build a resistance (sensor wire through resistors then to grd) to this value and fool the ecm. this method would eliminate egr sensor..and cover the hole with solid plate.

This may sound like a stupid reply.......but the mods you mentioned I would love to do...and I think it would help my performance.......but then again I live in Southern CA......so I guess these mods are out of the question....
Right??????
Good Luck
