Default Any installing tips for me?

This weekend I am installing a 160 degree thermostat, new plugs, and shorty headers. I can figure them all out, but was wondering if someone could give me some pointers on installing the headers. Is there a link or something to the install? How long will this take me? I am also pulling the radiator to clean out all the crud and am going to flush the system while I am at it and also go ahead and change my oil while I am dirty. If someone could give me some tips or a link I would really appreciate it. Oh yeah it will be on a 92 M6.
thanks,
Brad

This spring, I've done the Hooker shorties. The only mod that is tricky is cutting and welding the AIR pipe on the pass side. I guess I should ask what brand of headers are you installing before I get started.

The headers are pacesetters I believe. I bought them used off the board and they came with the air tubes. So info you can give me would be appreciated.
thanks

I'm way beyond the point of installing things myself so I passed by a local exhaust/muffler shop that has a good reputation. I showed him the shorties I want installed and then opened the hood of my 95. All I can say is that the guy grimaced and said I would need to leave the car there for at least a day. I also communicated with someone at Hooker about installing their shorty headers--he suggested to allow about 5 hours. Certainly doesn't seem like a fun job to install these things.

I would not be installing them if I could afford to pay someone else to do it, but I dont have that luxury. Also what should I gap my plugs at? I will be running a 125hp shot w/ bolt-ons. I am thinking .38?
thanks
