TPIS engine combo questions
I was on thier site last night and they have listed a stock 350 with mini ram, unported vette heads, and a zz9 cam running 377.8 HP. How true is that? i guess you can trust them, i've heard nothing but great things from people that use their stuff.
Because i am really interesed in this setup for my 86. That and a guy was telling my the stock heads on my 86 suck. They are the aluminum ones at least.

With a MR and tuning, that doesnt sound too farfetched.
I'm not one that believes everything TPiS puts on their websites though.
And the 128 heads you have are not the greatest, the heads they are using are the 113 88-91 heads. The only difference between the two is the exhaust port.

So if i do a little porting and maybe a 3 angle valve job it would bring it to about that level? I'm not looking to get a crazy setup just something that will keep up with the newer c5 guys.
