DIACOM cable, will it work on TTS datamaster?

Default DIACOM cable, will it work on TTS datamaster?
If it will work, what kind of laptop should I use. For DIACOM I have an OLD laptop with not much memory, and W 3.1. I can get/ues a P4 laptop.

The diacom cable is proprietary-so nope, only works with diacom.
