Brakes knocking, need help
My front right brake pad knocks inside the caliper when i drive, i know im missing some part that prevents that form happening. does anyone know the name of that part or the part #

There are clips for the pads that hold them to the calipers; these may be missing or broken.
Also I put a thin layer of black RTV on the backs of my new pads to prevent rattle against the calipers as the anti-rattle pads were shredded.

It's the clips. Did it myself once, drove me nuts 4 about two days. I took it all apart, and found out I had them on the wrong side.........

Edit: If memory serves correctly, they come with the new pads? ? ? ? So no part number that I know of......

Some new pads don't come with the new pin and clips that keep the constant pressure on the pad. I picked up 2 sets from NAPA I think for about $& each and it solved my rattling caliper/pad issue.
