not starting
my vette has been sitting for about two months and when i tried to jump start it, it wouldn't start. now, it's a 93 and optispark was already bad at the time, i'm wondering if it sitting there allowered the moisture to build up and errode the connections any worse of if something else is wrong like the comp. needing to be reset. i don't know, it was strange. i want to get her back on the road asap. any info would be great, thanks

Have you checked the battery? If it wont jump start, thats the first place you should look.

If you didn't periodically charge the battery, I would expect it to be dead and the plates to have some lead sulphate on them which reduces the battery capacity. Jumper cables won't provide high enough voltage due to voltage drop at the jumper clips and the jumper cable. Your engine may crank, but you will have a better chance of starting by first charging up the car battery. When you get down to about 10 volts, C4's barely run. After charging and it still won't start, check for spark.
