How much torque on bolts?

How much torque on bolts?
This weekend I'll install heads and cam so I need some infos.
How much should I torque head bolts and in what order?
( I use FPP 1043 head gaskets )
On what bolts ( other than heads and intake ) is a must to use torque
wrench?

I found at ALLDATA that head bolts should be torqued at 68 ft.lb. ( 92 Nm ).
How accurate are data from ALLDATA, anybody else use info from their site?

my 89 factory manual listing has them torqued to 67 lbs.ft (91 Nm). Basically the tightening sequence is to start in the middle and work your way out

camshaft gear bolt 20 lbs.ft.
rocker arm studs 50 lbs.ft.
oil pan bolts 16 lbs.ft.
