Trap speeds dropping
Last year my trap speeds were 106-107 mph. This year I'm around 102-104 with the same ETs. Could this be something as simple as plugs or dirty injectors or maybe the cats are on the way out. Car has 74k on it. Plugs and wires were changed last year and have 10k on them. Cats are original equipment.

Hot weather is probably the cause. But, if your really concerned...pull a couple of spark plugs and see what they look like. Check all your plug wire connections and see if they are fully snapped and not arcing on anything. Also, look at the condition of your air filter, change your fuel filter then run some Redline fuel injector cleaner in a tank of gas, check your coil wire. All this should be fairly easy to do.
