With headers & cat-back, will I need a custom chip?
Recently installed my Magnaflow cat-back, right on the horizon now is Hooker headers (2149) and their front Y-pipe (eliminates pre-cats). With the exhaust modifications to my L98, will I need to run a modified program to accomodate?
Also.......what are the pros & cons of also gutting the stock main cat & running a pipe thru (sniffer test not a concern)? I'm debating whether I should leave the cat alone with the exhaust mods, or have it worked over.

I definately think a chip will help...I have long tubes into straight pipes into stock mufflers...I ran 13.8's with the stock chip...had one burned and tweaked and now I'm running between 13.4 and 13.6's... good luck
