Default Inflatable restraint message

My 90 coupe is showing inflatable restraint warning that won't go off. There is no problem that I'm aware of. Anyone run into this before? Thanks

Allmost all the 1990 models have this problem. Its a 1 year wonder  Use the tech tip and take your time. It works. I did it to my 90 coupe. One other thing about the 90 models. The tachometer is usually off by several hundred rpm and in many cases by as much as 2000 or even 2500rpm. Its not off on a linear basis either. At 2k actual rpms it may read 2500, at 4k actual rpms it may read 5000rpms and so on. Mine said 6000rpms I was really only turning 4000rpms. There is no fix that I know of for this problem. I used an aftermarket tach with shiftlight.

Thanks guys--it doesn't sound simple but I think I can do it. I'll have to try it when I get back from vacation. Thanks again.
