Not a serious problem but annoying. The accelerator sticks a bit when pushing on it and then moves freely. Anyone know the usual problem areas (my 94) and what to do about it? Thanks!

it sounds like either a kink on the peddle side of your throttle cable that frees itself when it moves a certain distance or the throttle blades on your T/B is sticking a bit. Make sure the throttle blade shaft is well oiled in the bushings as well as the rest of the linkage there.

To check for kinks you can see, you'll have to get on your back under the dash and look at the cable as it comes out of the firewall to the peddle. If everything is well lubed and looks OK otherwise, maybe a new throttle cable would be a good investment.

My cruise control cable has a plastic sleeve on the cable at the TB where it slides into the cable housing it was cracked in half and was hanging up on the housing, I glued it back together for now
