wiper arm possibly riding too low?
the driver side wiper arm seems to be riding a bit low along the travel of its sweep. So low in fact that when the arm retracts to a full rest position, it will knock loose the clip that hold the washer hose underneath the arm. (this clip is suppose to ride onto one of the rest supports for the arm) Any idea of what might be causing this and possible a fix. Thanks in advance.

On my '88 there is an access panel near the wiper motor; once it has been removed you can see some retainer screws. Loosen these and adjust the wiper arm travel.
Gordon Killebrew made this adjustment but I had to be inside the car to run the wipers on high speed on command so he could see when he got the adjustment right.
