Which harmonic balancer to use
I am putting the zz3 engine in my 87 vette. The balancer on the zz3 engine is a lot bigger and might hit my frame. Question can I use the balancer off my 87 engine or do I have to get another one. Please help in this matter. Almost finished. Oh yea, if I have to get another one, what kind? Anyone that has this engine in their vette please let me know if there are any other changes I will have to make. thanks, Daniel

I am not sure on the Fluidampr, I have heard that they are superb for (any) constant engine speed, sort of nascar application, highway use, but not too good for constantly changing revs, as on a street machine.
Perhaps somebody has some info on this?
