Exhaust tip height?

Is there a way to adjust the distance between the exhaust tips and the bumper on my 93. It looks like you have to bend the bracket to the muffler?

I had to fab new "C" brackets to get my Borlas to fit up inside the bumper cutouts...

Now they have 0 clearance between frame/bracket and muffler...But they're up in there!... :D
