I drove across a slightly rough railroad track section and then the "INFL REST" warning light came on. Is there a simple fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am not a master mechanic, but can find my way around with a little instruction. Would like to try the fix as I'm finding any trip to for service anymore runs $500 by the time it's done.
You didn't say what year C4 you have, but this tip applies to 90 cars and it seems to happen with that MY more than others but the procedures should apply to other airbag-equipped C4's.
Thanks so much for the info. I am going to Valparaiso Indiana tomorrow to a huge Corvette / Chevy car show and won't get a chance to look at it until I get back. I certainly will try this and see if I can save me another $500 this year. Maybe you are close to that and will be there. I have a black stock 1990 with a full nose bra.
