Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator: How to adjust it?
Screw in, screw out? Which way to decrease pressure?
Vacuum line hooked up, or disconnected and plugged at the plenum? Which should I be reading? Does engine vacuum increase or decrease fuel pressure?
What's normal range for this thing... Say If I'm screwed all the way in, does 55psi sound ok for cranking pressure? I supposed I should have disconnected the vacuum line before taking the presssure reading.
This stuff is urgent! The difference between me skipping out on work to wrench on it, and bringing home a paycheck to pay for the parts!

Which regulator did you get? And where from, how much? Details MAN!
Screw it in to raise the pressure back it out to lower the pressure...look at the gauge, man! You're not adjusting by ear are you?
I just ordered the BBK-1714 from Summit...$59.95.
"Corvette Fuel Injection & Electronic Engine Management" states "Tuned Port Induction Specialties also recommends: L98 49-52 psi (340-360 kPa). It further "suggests trying different pressures for your kind of driving".
