D36 to D44
What years of Dana 44 rears fit a 94 automatic? I know they are pretty much the same from 85-96, but I heard something was different with some of the mounting holes for the camber rods or toe links.

Not sure, but I have a '95 rear in my '93, no problems.

I wanted 3.07 gears, so I put an '86 Dana 44 in my '92.
I had to slightly enlarge the camber rod bracket bolt holes to get it to fit.
I enlarged them just enough to get the bolts in, not with clearance like the later housings.
You can also use the smaller bolts with brackets from an earlier car.
I think the change for the Dana 44 and the Dana 36 to the larger holes was in '88.
