Need help

Hi all,
Anybody out there know the steps to cancel the "change oil" light on my 95 vette?

key on
press ENG/Met then within 5 seconds press it again
within 5 seconds press and hold the GAUGES button, the change oil light should flash, hold the gauges button till flashing stops.
