I have one...Actually mine's the Paxton branded one (same unit). I have a custom pick up in my tank and it's mounted behind the license plate. But the problem with this big pump is that during hot weather it gets HOT and trips its internal circuit breaker. It will be fine and will work as soon as it cools off (I've actually poured a glass of tea I was drinking on it once). But this stems primarily from where I have mine mounted; it gets no air. I'm going to relocate it to the underside of the car where it will get some air; I'll attach it to the beam that is under the rear where the spare tire is (or used to be in mine).

Wow, I never thought about that. I guess I should mount it under that aluminum beam next to the spare tire, so it can get some air. They also say it's better to mount it lower, so gravity can assist feeding it, it puts less strain on the pump. Thanks.
