Default better throttle response in open loop?

i noticed today that when its in open loop, if i tap the gas there's absolutley no delay as opposed to normal when if you hit the gas in neutral there's a millisecond pause when you do that...

any ideas? im thinking sticking IAC or something

Yea I got that. I'm thinking vacuum leak around the pump somewhere :skep:
I just put in a new IAC. Made a big difference. But when it's cold, there's that little nagging pause......

what did your car do with the old IAC?
Hesitation all the time, hot or cold, any speed. It would "hunt" for the idle when setting still. Made it hard to drive. Either kill it or peal out!
